About South Bridge B&B
Welcome to the South Bridge Bed and Breakfast, and welcome to our home. We are located on Grand Island, which is located directly between Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY in the middle of the mighty Niagara River. This makes it an ideal location to explore the Niagara Region, Lake Erie and Buffalo, NY. Our home becomes your home away from home while you are visiting. Your hosts Alan and Michael became innkeepers after their many stays at B&B's all over North America. We wanted to create a place travelers could enjoy as if it were their own home. We have decorated the rooms in subtle restful colors with sumptuous fabrics and beautiful artwork to make our guests feel special. Come and let us spoil you with great breakfasts and as much pampering as you wish.

Our Features
Enjoying the great outdoors is essential when coming to Grand Island. Kayaking on the waters of the Niagara River is one way you can escape from everyday life. Launch them directly from our beachfront and enjoy all of the wildlife you will encounter along the way. If you are a boater, we have a unique opportunity for you. With almost 100 feet of dock space available, our guests are given free access to mooring their boats with up to a 36” drafts at our B&B. This makes the South Bridge Bed and Breakfast a wonderful place to stay for more than a night or a weekend. With direct access to the Erie Canal to the East and Lake Erie to the West guests can bring their boats from almost anywhere in the world.
If bicycles are your thing we have a few you can borrow, or bring your own to enjoy the 23 mile circle ride around the island that will take you from the sight of Buffalo, NY in the South to mist rising from Niagara falls in the North, to long vistas of our Canadian neighbors to the West, and the gateway to The Erie Canal in Tonawanda, NY to the East. Along the way you can visit Beaver Island State Park at the extreme southern tip of the Island where a public golf course and beach and picnic areas are available. At the Northern tip of the Island is Buckhorn State Park where there are more chances to see wildlife and view migrating waterfowl.
