What a difference it made to have this wonderful 'home away from home' the last few days of our 3 week trip. Definitely the best place we stayed in the whole 3 weeks! Alan and Michael were amazing hosts, the food was fabulous, and the king size bed so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much - a wonderful place of rest while visiting our family on Grand Island. The view of the sunrise from the deck was unbelievable. Couldn't recommend it more highly!

The space itself is very upscale and comfortable. You get the impression a lot of thought and hard work has been put into this B&B. Comfortable bed and a well-designed bathroom, which I always appreciate. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. Alan offers a generous amount of complimentary wine, beer, etc. Delicious morning breakfast with tons of food options. The location is right off the river and very scenic. I'd never been to Grand Island before, and it's a clean little laid back community, almost like Canada. Plenty of parking. Lots of paved walking & biking trails. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an AMAZING experience staying at the Southbridge B&B. Our room and the entire house was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the river. The bed was extremely comfortable, plush carpet, and very cozy. Alan and Michael were great hosts and consistently made sure that our entire stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

The BB is nestled on the rivers edge with a magnificent view from the spacious suite. Step out to a very relaxing front porch where you can experience an amazing sunset. Includes water sports; for some solitude, enjoy kayaking in the morning or early evening. Outdoor spaces to enjoy rain or shine. Generous hosts provide gourmet breakfast to get you off to enjoy all that the Buffalo/Niagara region offers.

We just left a long weekend stay at Southbridge and it was fabulous! Perfect location, amazing river views, peaceful and relaxing suite. The suite really was our home away from home while in Western NY visiting family and friends. The suite was cozy, extremely clean and had every amenity! Look no further if you are traveling on business, pleasure or just want a weekend getaway.

They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and breakfast was delicious! Fully cooked to order breakfast, fresh juice, fruit and coffee. They even catered to my 3 year old niece who loves her greek yogurt with strawberries, honey and cinnamon :)

Not only did we enjoy our stay this past weekend but we really enjoyed getting to know the wonderful owners of Southbridge! Until next time....
